Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform attaching and detaching operation easily with one operator by setting up a main table, capable of reciprocating in both the longitudinal and horizontal directions of a travel carriage each, on this carriage equipped with lifting means as four corners.
CONSTITUTION: A main table 12 for holding a coupler is extendedly installed on a base 3a of a carriage with each hydraulic cylinder at four corners. In order to make this main table 12 reciprocate in the Y direction, a horizontal hydraulic cylinder 18 is provided in a small table at the underside of a front XY table 13 and a rear XY table 14. Then a vertical hydraulic cylinder 17 is driven, and the front XY table 13 is moved in the X direction. Since the rear XY table 14 does not have the vertical hydraulic cylinder 17, it comes to be a state of no regulation in the X direction, following in the wake of the front XY table 13. Rotation within a horizontal plane is carried out by operating it in altering a retractable variable in each horizontal hydraulic cylinder 18. In consequence, fine adjustment for the alignment of the coupler to the car body is made achievable.
