To provide a coupler not generating friction noise between a belt attachment member and a coupler body such as a loop clutch body, and providing easy and positive assembly.
The coupler has a neck part 24 erected from a base part 22-1, 52 of the body 2, 51 of the coupler 1, 5, and a latching head part 25 swelling outward from an axis center and capable of diametrally expanding, on a tip of the neck part 24. The belt attachment member 3 is connected such that it can turn around the neck part of the body. A through hole 36 providing engagement by insertion of the latching head part is formed in one part of the belt attachment member. A large diameter hole part 36-2 has a ring like member allowing insertion of the neck part, and the ring like member has a cylindrical wall part 41 to be housed in the large diameter hole part, and a ring like engagement part 43 extended from one end of the wall part toward the center. An inner diameter of the engagement part is equal to an outer diameter of the latching head part when it is diametrally contracted.
