COUPLING BAR USED FOR PUSH ROD OF HANDCART
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3949276
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the coupling bar of a handcart having simple structure, and foldable in both directions quickly and surely.
SOLUTION: A coupling bar 67 providing a traverse motion part, for connecting the right and left rotating parts of a push rod, in the intermediate part via connecting bars 92, is composed of, a pair of sliding bodies, a spring 121a for spring-energizing these sliding bodies so as to near with each other, a starting body 104 for starting the sliding bodies so as to recede with each other against the spring energizing force, and a control 124 for actuating the starting body, and though the sliding bodies and the connecting bar 92 are engaged by spring force at the time of expansion to maintain the traverse motion part into an actually straight line state, but by operating the control, the starting body separates the sliding bodies with each other against the spring energizing force to disengage the engagement between the sliding bodies and the connecting bar 92, to move the coupling bar 67 forward or rearward freely to the progress direction of a handcart.
