Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling body which can be made compact and ensure high sealability.SOLUTION: In a coupling body 9, a cylindrical first coupling member 23 and a cylindrical second coupling member 25 are coupled, and an internal flow passage 21 is formed by through holes of both coupling members 23, 25. The first coupling member 23 and the second coupling member 25 are coupled by engaging (screwing) a female screw of the first coupling member 23 and a male screw of the second coupling member 25. An annular seal member 19 is arranged at a gap 28 between the first coupling member 23 and the second coupling member 25 in an axial direction so as to surround an outer peripheral side of a tip part 39 of the second coupling member 25. The thermal expansion coefficient of the first coupling member 23 is smaller than the thermal expansion coefficient of the second coupling member 25 and the seal member 19.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
