Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new removable tank conduit constructing coupling device capable of switching a conduit optionally even in the middle of a receiving/ discharging process for cleaning a receiving line and a discharging line independently of each other by means of a cleaning device.
SOLUTION: In this tank constructing coupling device using a plurality of valve element embedded coupling valves with a sealing part cleaning device, a receiving connection port 52 from a sterilization equipment 50 and a discharging connection port to the sterilized tank 53 are arranged in a product receiving fixed side coupling 31, a sterilized fluid receiving connection port from a sterilizer 57 and a discharging connection port to a charging machine 60 are arranged in a product discharging fixed side coupling 33, a discharging connection port to the tank cleaning device 65 is arranged in a tank cleaning device fixed side coupling 32, a receiving connection port from a receiving line cleaning device 68 is arranged in a receiving line cleaning device movable side coupling 35, a receiving/discharging connection port to the sterilized tank is arranged in a receiving/discharging movable side coupling 36, and a receiving connection port from a discharging line cleaning device is arranged in a discharging line cleaning device movable side coupling 37.
