Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly connect three supply passages of chemical of both excavating work rods and two pieces of hydraulic pressure at the time of engaging both of couplings even when rattling in the rotating direction is caused on an engaging part of the couplings.
SOLUTION: Couplings 2 to be engaged with each other impossible to rotate are respectively provided with a working rod and a shaft center on a straight line on both ends to extend of a plural number of drilling work rods on which a main chemical supply passage 3 and two main hydraulic pressure supply passages 4, 5 are respectively longitudinally passed through the rods. Thereafter, three of an auxiliary chemical supply passage 9 and two auxiliary hydraulic pressure supply passages 9, 9 are formed in a triple passage in a concentral relation with shaft centers of the couplings 2, and the main chemical supply passage 3 is connected to a rear end of the auxiliary chemical supply passage 9 and two pieces of the main hydraulic pressure supply passages 4, 5 are respectively connected to each of rear ends of two pieces of the auxiliary hydraulic pressure supply passages 9. Additionally, the auxiliary chemical supply passage 9 and the auxiliary hydraulic pressure supply passage 9 of one of the couplings 2 and those of the other coupler are positioned in a positional relation to be communicated to each other at the time of engagement of both of the couplings 2, 2, and valve devices to open and close each of the supply passages by connection and disconnection of both of the couplers are respectively furnished on each of the auxiliary hydraulic supply passages 9 of both of the couplers.
