A ring body 25 for preventing entering of water from the outside and letting gas leaking from a flexible tube 38 escape to the outside from between the end surfaces is pressed between butt end surfaces of a cylindrical main body 11 and a large-diameter part 19A of a push ring 19, and the ring body 25 comprises a washer 45 externally fitted to the large-diameter part 19A side of a small-diameter part 19B of the push ring 19 and non-woven fabric 46 superposed on the cylindrical main body 11 side of the washer 45, wherein a gas leakage detecting slit 47 is formed in the middle of the washer 45, and the gas leakage detecting slit 47 is communicated with a screw-engagement part of a female screw part 14 of the cylindrical main body 11 and a male screw part 20 of the push ring 19.
