PURPOSE: To easily install a coupling device by covering space of a connection of the main portion of two show cases to be connected while bending a decorative plate formed of a short rack shaped plate through installing an adhesive tape on the rear surface of a soft-quality vinyl chloride.

CONSTITUTION: On the rear surface of a plate knotched in a short rack shape an adhesive tape 71 is installed and decorative plates 7a, 7e are formed. On a portion connecting the main bodies 1 and 2 of the adjacent shoe cases or between spaces of a portion connecting a side plate and the main portion of the shoe case, decorative plates 7a, 7b are plastered by bending. With such construction, decorative plates can be manufactured at a low cost and the number of parts will be reduced, and the connection work can be easily conducted.
