Abstract:

To surely connect and disengage a truck by simple control during continued traveling of an automatic guided vehicle by guiding a connecting pin in the rear end opening part of a guide arm member, stopping the same by a pin hook hardware for closing the opening part for connection, opening the opening part by the movement of the pin hook hardware to pull out the connecting pin, for disengaging.

A connecting pin 25 of a loading truck 2 is introduced into an introducing opening part of a guide arm member 19 provided on a traveling automatic guided vehicle 1. The connecting pin 25 is guided to an arm rear end opening part 19g by guide arms 19c, 19d and a roller 27. The connecting pin 25 is stopped by a pin hook hardware for blocking the rear end opening part to couple the automatic guided vehicle 1 and the loading truck 2. When the pin hook hardware 30 is moved and with the opening part 19g opened, the automatic guided vehicle 1 runs away, the connecting pin 25 is pulled out from the opening part 19g to disengage the loading truck 2. Thus, while traveling of the automatic guided vehicle is continued, sure truck coupling and truck disengaging can be performed by simple control.
