Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enlarge an angle in deviation of a coupling so as to increase the freedom in design thus reducing cost by forming an annular intermediate element includes at least two parts located one inside the other wherein these parts form an inner ring and an outer ring.

CONSTITUTION: A coupling comprises an annular intermediate element 8 composed of an outer ring 9 and an inner ring 10. Edges 9' of the outer ring 9 are folded around the corners of the inner ring 10, and two coupling elements 11, 12 are each equipped with a pair of radially outward projecting spherical pivot pieces 11', 12'. The pivot pieces 11', 12' are contained in recesses formed within the inner ring 10 and are located at an angle of 90 degree-angle from one another. Due to this structure, an angle in deviation of the coupling is enlarged, so that the freedom in design is increased, and therefore the manufacture becomes simple, and the cost can be reduced.
