Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling member with high robustness or durability.SOLUTION: A coupling member 1 comprises a pair of screw metal fittings 2, 2, and an elastic member 3. A washer 20 having a through hole is inserted in a metallic bolt base material comprising a shaft part 12 and a large diameter part 11. Then, the washer 20 is brought into contact of the large diameter part 11 of the bolt base material, and a screw groove 13 is formed at the shaft part 12 of the bolt base material, so as to form the bolt base material into a bolt 4. A thickness portion of the shaft part 11 is fluidized toward the washer 20, so as to form a detachment prevention part P swollen from a surface of the shaft part 12 and contacting a plate face of the washer 20, so as to manufacture the coupling member.
