A coupling member 40A for coupling an abutting part 30 of a first frame member 10 holding one side of a solar cell panel 2 and a second frame member 20 holding the other side of a solar cell panel 2 includes: a screw body 41 being screwed into a screw receiving portion 14 provided in the abutting part 30 of the first frame member 10 through a screw insertion hole 24 provided in the abutting part of the second frame member 20; and a protrusion provided on the reverse side of a head 42 of the screw body 41. The surface of the screw body 41 including the protrusion is covered entirely with an insulating weather resistant film 50.
