Abstract:
To provide an easily produceable coupling rod capable of bearing a high dynamic load under operation.
The coupling rods 12, 42 for a shaft drive rod assembly 11 of a heald shaft 1 are designed as an open-type sheet metal parts subjected to bending. The cross section of the part along the length of the coupling rod is the same except the terminal parts 13 and 14. The shaft drive rod assembly having good cost performance and light weight, and suitable for a loom having a rapid operation speed can be constituted by such the coupling rods 12, 42.
