Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide hinge which can couple a cup and a socket together by a plurality of coupling methods.
SOLUTION: The cup 4 has first and second rotating members 12, 15 rotatably arranged on front and rear edges thereof via mutually parallel support shafts 13, 16, respectively. The first and second rotating members 12, 15 are rotatably energized by first and second coil springs 14, 17, respectively, such that their extremities approach each other. Then mutually opposed surfaces of the first and second rotating members 12, 15 have first and second engaging recesses 12a, 15a formed at the extremities thereof, respectively. The socket 3 has an engaging shaft 11 and a shaft 10 which are engageable with the first and second engaging recesses 12a, 15a, respectively, when the socket 3 is placed at a coupling location with respect to the cup 4.
