Abstract:
PURPOSE: To relieve concentration of a load exerted on a coupling part and to absorb a bending moment by a method wherein a rubber piece and a Nylon material layer are deformed to perform the role of a cushion.
CONSTITUTION: A ring body containing groove 14 for preventing bending is formed in the inner peripheral source of a socket 4 positioned closer to the opening side than a seal material containing groove and a ring body 15 for preventing bending is mounted in the containing groove 14. The ring body 15 comprises a plurality of division ring pieces 16 into which the ring body is peripherally divided; and a rubber piece 17 for positioning nipped between the end parts of the division ring pieces 16. The division ring 16 comprises a cast iron material layer 18 on the inner peripheral side; and a Nylon material layer 19 on the outer peripheral side. A press bolt 21 brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the ring body 15 for preventing bending and pressing the ring body 15 against the outer peripheral surface of an insert port 5 is arranged at a socket 4.
