PURPOSE: To improve a cut-off property by a structure wherein when a tractive force operates to a joint part between a steel plate cell and an arc-shaped member, a resisting furnction against the aforementioned tractive force is provided to a coupling member.
CONSTITUTION: In a joint part of a steel plate cell 1 and an arc-shaped member 2, two or more parallel protruding members 8A, 8B, 9A and 9B are formed at mutually corresponding positions at the both sides of the steel plate cell 1 and the arc- shaped member 2 and together with these, coupling pieces 10AW10D are welded to each of protruding members 8A, 8B, 9A and 9B. A resistance function against the tractive force between the steel plate cell 1 and the arc-shaped member 2 is provided to these protruding members.
