Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable two washers to be arranged on a shaft of a bolt or nut at a time, and also enable front and rear surfaces of the washer to be arranged correctly.SOLUTION: In a coupling washer, two washers are connected so as to be oppositely arranged on the same axial line, have a room between their opposite surfaces, can slide in a connection direction, and are connected so as to be rotatable around a connection shaft. Out of the two connected washers, an upper washer, which is on a head side of a bolt or nut in use, has an upper washer surface projection on its front surface and an upper washer rear surface projection at its rear surface, while a lower washer has a lower washer front surface projection on its front surface and a lower washer rear surface projection on its rear surface. The upper washer front surface projection can be engaged to a head projection on a head rear surface of a screw, or can be bitten or pressure-welded into the head rear surface. The upper washer rear surface projection and the lower washer front surface projection can be engaged to each other. The lower washer rear surface projection can be bitten or pressure-welded into a fastening material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
