To enable a member to easily enjoy the benefits of point cards due to their nationwide spreading over different kinds of business, to increase client information, to issue effective direct coupons to a specified member through high-accuracy RFM analysis and to enable high-efficiency vending such as the fixture of clients, rank-up and revisit to a shop.
This system is composed of a general-purpose point card, each member shop terminal 2 for reading a client code and check-out data from the card 1 and for transmitting/receiving them to a main frame 3 connected to a data base, a main frame 3 connecting the terminal 2 through a MODEM 21 by a telephone line, and a sealing machine 4. The system stores client information with centralized management of points, periodically prints out remaining points of clients and prints out various coupons toward specified member while considering the degree of sales contribution and the tendency of consumption in the past.
