Abstract:
PURPOSE:To easily make a snow-proof cover which has a reinforcing strength in all directions, by pressing and vulcanizing a laminated rolled sheet and by using it as a snow-proof cover. CONSTITUTION:A gummous mixture mixed with fibers, such as nylon etc., is kneaded, and the mixture is rolled to form a rubber sheet in the thickness of 0.5 to 1.5 mm. The rolled sheets, which are positioned in different directions, are laminated in 3-layer to form a rubber plate, and the rubber plate is nipped with vulcanizing shape to form such a shape as can enoughly follow a diaphragm 5 of an air spring and an outer sheel 3 of the air spring, and is presuredly vulcanized. The snow-proof cover 6 made in such a manner as described above has a uniform reinforcing effect in all directions and can be easily made.
