Abstract:
A cover assembly for a fluid shear coupling apparatus is disclosed herein which includes a temperature control means utilizing a sliding pin extending through a hole in the cover. The cover assembly is improved in that the cover defining a hole having a shoulder adjacent the inside of the cover. A seal is received against the shoulder and a seal insert is held by a bracket against the seal. The seal and seal insert define aligned apertures through which the pin is slidingly and sealingly received.
