Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover caulking and fixing device for a cup-shaped container for making it difficult to remove a cover by caulking and fixing on the flange part of a container opening protruding having a hook-shaped cross section the skirt part of a the cover fitted and mounted on the cup-shaped container opening.
SOLUTION: This relates to a cover caulking and fixing device for a cup-shaped container which calks and fixes the skirt part 21 of a cover 2 fitted and mounted on a container opening on the flange part 11 of the container opening protruding having a hook-shaped cross section being provided on a peripheral wall part 13 protrusively and downwardly from the tip end of a horizontal part 12. The device is provided with a cup holder 3 for supporting the horizontal part 12 of the flange part 11 and a container main body 1 at the inside of the flange part 11 of the container, a pressing member 4 for pressing the horizontal part 12 of the flange part 11 and the peripheral part 13 through the cover 2 fitted and mounted, and a claw member 5 divided into a plurality of parts which folds the skirt part 21 of the cover 2 toward the inside of the main body 1 with the tip end of the flange part 11 as a fulcrum and which further folds the folded skirt part 21 toward the inside of the flange part 11.
