Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe cover device of docking type cargo cradle elevating device in which a cover is automatically set in such an arrangement as to hinder pinching of any object between a load table in elevating and sinking and the vehicle body in case the cargo cradle is located in the working position.
SOLUTION: A slide frame 4 is installed slidably on a stationary frame 3 attached fast under the bottom surface of a cargo box, and a cargo cradle 6 is furnished on the slide frame 4 in ascendable and descendable manner, and it is arranged so that through the slide frame 4, the cargo cradle 6 is located in the retracting position and the working position. In this retracting cargo cradle elevating/sinking device, the front and rear parts of a cover device 8 are coupled by pins with the tail of the stationary frame 3 and the slide frame 4, wherein the cover device 8 is configured so that it is folding in the middle, and it is arranged so that the cover device 8 covers the undersurface opening in the stationary frame 3 when the cargo cradle 6 is taking the retracting position and the cover device 8 in the folded-up condition extends to under the tail of the stationary frame 3 when the cargo cradle 6 is taking the working position.
