Abstract:
PURPOSE: To ventilate the inside of a cover for the introduction of fresh air by forming vent holes on the upper both sides of the cover at positions orthogonal with a flywheel shaft, laying a division plate in parallel to the upper center section of the shaft in the cover at a preset gap therefrom, and further forming vent holes on both sides of the cover parallel to the shaft.
CONSTITUTION: Right and left vent holes 6a and 6b are formed in such a state as arranged on one side of the upper sections of both front and rear sides of a box type cover 4 along a direction orthogonal with a flywheel shaft 1a, as well as on the other side. Furthermore, a division plate 5 is provided at preset gap G from the upper external surface of a flywheel 1 in parallel to the upper center section of the shaft 1a within the cover 4. Also, vent holes 7a and 7b are provided on the lower sections of both the right and left sides of the cover 4 parallel to the shaft 1a. When the flywheel 1 is operated at a high speed, the vent holes 6b and 7b act as air inlets, and the holes 6a and 7a act as air outlets, thereby ventilating the internal space of the cover 4 for introducing fresh air.
