PURPOSE: To provide a cover for handrail capable of being applied or removed to a handrail and excellent in sanitization, nonslip function and also in touch fee.

CONSTITUTION: A handrail cover is constituted of a cover main body 3 and an open fastener 4 provided to the end edge on a wrapping direction side of the cover main body 3, and the handrail cover 1 is applied or removed to a handrail 2 by opening and closing operation of the open fastener 4. The cover main body 3 of the cover 1 is made of a plate-like body with flexibility, at the same time, the front and rear sides thereof have nonslip functions, so that the metallic cold touch is not transferred to fingers of a user, the comfortable touch is obtained and, at the same time, the slippage between the balustrade cover 1 and handrail 2 and between the cover 1 and fingers of the user is efficiently prevented.
