Abstract:

To prevent dirt from accumulating in a hydrogen storage alloy cylinder stocker equipped with multiple stages including rack units which respectively have, at the bottom in an opening, a socket allowing hydrogen to be charged therethrough into the hydrogen storage alloy cylinder for a fuel cell, are used to charge a plurality of the hydrogen storage alloy cylinder therein, and is formed from an upper slope with the opening and a lower slope slanted downward which has a part having many small openings for causing an air flow to escape for ventilation and heat emission to improve efficiency of cooling with fans by closing unused openings.

There is attached the cover which includes a cover member having an L-shaped cross-section which includes an upper lid plate 41 which closely contacts with and thereby covers the upper slope 32 laterally across a plurality of openings 33 and a lower lid plate 42 which closely contacts with and thereby covers the lower slope 36, the upper lid plate 41 and the lower lid plate 42 covering the upper slope 32 and the lower slope 36, respectively, to the lateral both ends thereof, has two side plates 43 which connect the upper lid plate 41 with the lower lid plate 42 at both ends of the joint and prevent the whole of the cover from being laterally displaced, and is able to cover one stage of the rack unit 31.
