To provide a cover-incorporated cloth diaper which can be repeatedly used by being washed, and can alleviate wearing, washing, drying and storing work by incorporating a diaper cover in a diaper body.
The cover-incorporated cloth diaper 1 is mainly used for an adult requiring care and is provided with an absorbent member 2 and a cover member 3, wherein the cover member 3 is provided with: a base cloth part 4 covering from the loin part to the belly part; a loin guard cloth part 5; and side pushing cloth parts 6. The cover-incorporated cloth diaper is characterized in that a substantially triangular waterproof cloth has a folding line 9 set at a position higher than its center, the upper part of the folding line is folded down, a larger one is used as the base cloth part 4 and the smaller one is used as the loin guard cloth part 5, the absorbent member 2 is held between the inside of the base cloth part 4 and the loin guard cloth part 5, the base cloth part 4, the loin guard cloth part 5 and the absorbent member 2 are sewn together in a part close to the folding line 9, and the absorbent member 2 is sewn to a part close to a lower hem 10 of the back contact cloth part 5.
