To provide an intake/exhaust cover and an induction heating cooker, in which reduction of cooling efficiency of a body is suppressed, contamination in the body is prevented, operability for a user is good, and reduction of a design property is prevented.
Each of an intake/exhaust covers 40 of an induction heating cooker 100 is composed of a metal plate of an almost rectangular shape made of aluminum having: a plurality of slits arranged in parallel in the longitudinal direction and at mostly equal interval; and bars arranged so as to stride each slit. When the intake/exhaust covers 40 are installed on intake ducts 3 of a rear part upper plane of the body 10, exhaust ports for cooling air 6 and an exhaust port for roaster 5, the bars 42 are not positioned on the exhaust ports for cooling air 6.
