To make it possible to perform quick and easy attachment and detachment of a cover, prevent restraining wastelesly the body movement of an infant seated, and give a sufficient effect about protection against coldness, by precluding dislocation of the infant seated and turn-up of the cover by wind with an upper and a lower insertion part.

The cover 1 has a foot inserting sack 2 and an apron body 3 furnished over the semi-circumference of the mouth part of the sack 2. The apron body 3 is equipped with an upper insertion part 4 extending from its forefront in two-pronged form and sideways insertion parts 5 extending laterally to the left and right. The sack 2 is furnished with a lower insertion part 6 over the other semi-circumference of the mouth part and serves enwrapping the feet of the infant, etc., as user. The apron body 3 covers the upper body of the infant emerging out of the sack 2 to the range near his neck. The upper insertion part 4 enwraps the infant from his neck front over the shoulders to the back in such a way as passing the sides, while the lower insertion part 6 is laid under the hip, thighs, etc., of the infant.
