Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover member capable of making it difficult for buckling to occur and an electric bulb type lighting device including the cover member.SOLUTION: A cover member is configured so that a generally semispherical cover surface including a top portion, a largest-diameter portion, and end portions; a flat surface that is a portion extending inward of the cover member from the end portions of the cover surface, an inclined surface inclined inward from the flat surface, and an opening end portion located in an end portion of the inclined surface are integrally and continuously provided, a difference of an opening diameter of the opening end portion from a diameter of the end portion of the cover surface is not less than 10 mm, and the cover member is formed by blow forming.
