This cutting machine is constituted to support supporting edge parts 10a, 10b of the cover 10 on a receiving member 21 and an operating member 22 free to rotate by screwing and connecting the receiving member 21 and the operating member 22 with each other from both sides of the split blade 12 and fixing them by inserting the split blade 12 between the both members 21, 22.
