To provide a cover which can hold a sheet-like article in its pocket-like space, be sent by a general cover feeder, and, furthermore, causes no unbeautiful wrinkles thereon when the pocket-like space is opened.

A cover is formed by overlapping an outer sheet 110 and an inner sheet 120, which are made of soft synthetic resin, and closing the edges of both the outer sheet 110 and the inner sheet 120. Of the edges of the outer sheet 110 and the inner sheet 120, an upper edge 140 and a portion 160 that corresponds to a lower edge of a back cover 150 are not closed. A space 130 that communicates with the outside is formed between the outer sheet 110 and the inner sheet 120. The outer sheet 110 and the inner sheet 120 are colorless and transparent.
