To eliminate positional aligning works for a cover panel in a vehicle assembly line, and thereby try to enhance the productivity of a vehicle.
A cover panel 16 is assembled with a panel frame by means of a process centering the cover panel 16 rested over a positioning table 31 in all directions, of a process sucking the cover panel 16 by the sucking member 85 of a feeding device 33 in a state that the cover panel has been aligned in position in all directions of the feeding device 33 with respect to the positioning table 31, of a process feeding the cover panel sucked by the sucking member 85 over to the panel frame by the feeding device 33, and of a process connecting the cover panel 16 sucked by the sucking member 85 with the panel frame in a state that the cover panel has been aligned in position in all directions of the feeding device 33 with respect to the panel frame.
