PURPOSE: To automatically insert cover sheets for labor-saving and enhancement of efficiency of the work, by drawing cover sheets by the movement of a trans ferable sucker and separating the cover sheets from perforations by moving down.

CONSTITUTION: A cover sheet A wound off from a roll 3 is held by a fixed sucker 5 and the cover sheet at the end is transferred to a transferable sucker 10 moved on the fixed sucker 5 and sucked to transfer the transferable sucker 10 to the drawing direction of roll 3. By this movement, the next only one cover sheet A is drawn from the roll 3 so that it is sucked and held by the fixed sucker 5. By moving down of the transferable sucker 10, the cover sheet A sucked and held by the transferable sucker 10 is separated from the next cover sheet sucked and held by the fixed sucker 5. Accordingly, the cover sheet A can be inserted in a fish box 30 while it is held flat and it is automatically inserted and the labor-saving and the efficiency of the work can be enhanced.
