PURPOSE: To prevent snow grains from entering a space on either side bewteen a wiper blade and a cover as well to secure a good wiping action at all times, by installing a now-repellent flange along a cover body for the snow wiper cover.

CONSTITUTION: A cover 23 is provided with an engaging frame 21 linking up with an engaging edge 4 of a wiper blade 3 at the lower part of a baglike cover body 20 opened at both sides along its longitudinal direction and simultaneously composed of installing a snow-repellent frange 22 at both sides projectingly from the lower end of the cover body 20. This cover 23 is attached to a blade metal fitting 1 and a blade holding frame 7 with the engaging edge 4 for the blade 3 linked up. Likewise, a coupling device 13 is attached to the central backside of the cover body 20 with a screw 14. According to this cover, a clearance 11 at a neck part 9 of the blade 3 can be covered by the flange 22 in time of wiper's operation, thus the penetration of snow can be prevented.
