The cover 7 for the urination bag comprises: a first cover part 7a capable of covering the front surface side of the urination bag body 1; a second cover part 7b capable of covering the back surface side of the urination bag body 1; and third cover parts 7c and 7e formed over the first cover part 7a and the second cover part 7b, where window parts 7d and 7f capable of extending the introducing tube 2 and a locking belt 6 to the outside are formed. The first cover part 7a, the second cover part 7b and the third cover parts 7c and 7e are composed of an integrally molded sheet-like member. Also, hook-and-loop fasteners Ma and Mb for connecting the first cover part 7a and the second cover part 7b and covering the side face of the urination bag body 1 are provided.
