Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a cover winder capable of detecting the joint of cover cloth with high accuracy without requiring a special high-grade sensor.
CONSTITUTION: The flat face 11 to which the part near the cut predetermined position X of cover cloth A is held in the spread state is disposed at the supply part of the cover cloth A, and a rolling roller 12 that can be pressed to the cloth A on the flat face 11 is provided at the middle of a swing arm 13. This arm 13 is supported near its base end by a pin 14 and fixed onto a bracket 16 through a spring 15. A proximity switch 17 is provided between the bracket 16 and the part near the oscillating end of the arm 13, and an air cylinder 25 or the like is disposed to move the bracket 6 parallelly along the flat face 11.
