To recycle a used tire by providing a stretchable zone and drop preventive zone at both sides of a surface part tire having a ground contact surface and a tread of a tire as main constitution, thereby covering and mounting it on the used tire in which ridges of the tread are worn.

A stretchable zone and drop preventive zone are provided at both sides of a surface part tire having a ground contact surface and a tread of a tire as main constitution. That is, the drop preventive zone 1 provided at a lateral side of the covered tire is removed, the stretchable zone 2 is extended to cover a used tire in which the air is extracted to be mounted, and the preventive zone is connected. Thereafter, the air is charged, the used tire is brought into close contact with the covered tire, and reused as recycled tire. Thus, the used tire can be reused while ensuring safety of the used tire in which ridges of the tread are worn. Accordingly, industrial waste can be reduced in weight to largely contribute to resources conservation.
