PURPOSE: To provide a relatively thin compact vanity mirror by arranging a first circuit panel in a cover close to the pivot of the cover, and locating a second circuit panel behind the vanity mirror having a bridge part extending over a hinge in a visor having the illuminating vanity mirror.

CONSTITUTION: An illuminating vanity mirror assembly 20 of a visor to be mounted on a ceiling of an automobile comprises a cover 30 which covers a vanity mirror and is pivotably fixed by a hinge assembly, and an illuminating means including a lens 36. An electric circuit having first and second circuit panels 60, 84 and a bridging circuit 70 which integratedly couples the panels 60, 84 with each other, and is located in the hinge assembly is provided for the energization to the illuminating means. The circuit panel 60 is provided between a pair of panels 33 in a sandwich shape, while a circuit part 80 is interposed between a back side of a visor panel and a surface to be assembled of a reinforced panel 26, and partially held by a set of indication tabs 28.
