Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve air tightness of a polyvinyl alcohol sheet with a tile and to prevent a concrete paste from turning around.

CONSTITUTION: A PVA sheet 2 is obtd. by means of melt extrusion molding. Then, vacuum molding is performed by using a female mold to obtain a covering member 1 for a PC sheet processed into a tile shape. Then, after a tile 4 is placed in a frame 5 for the PC sheet and the covering member l for the PC sheet, a concrete 6 made of a fast-curable Portland cement is poured therein and it is dried and cured to obtain the PC sheet with a prefixed tile. Then, the frame 5 for the PC sheet is dismounted and the covering member 1 for the PC sheet is removed while it is dissolved with warm water to find that the surface of the tile 4 is hardly adhered with cement. At least two-fold productivity in comparison with the conventional system can be obtd. by using the covering member for the PC sheet consisting of the polyvinyl alcohol sheet processed in a tile shape. In addition, it makes finishing of the tile surface after curing of the concrete unnecessary.
