Title:
COVERING PLATE USED FOR RADIATING HEAT OF BAKED CONFECTIONERY AND METHOD FOR RADIATING HEAT OF BAKED CONFECTIONERY BY USING THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2002209505
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a confectionery having a high quality and safety by preventing a dew formation of the confectionery such as a cookie and also preventing the mingling of a foreign material such as an insect, etc.

This method for radiating heat of the baked confectionery is provided by (a) putting the baked confectionery (approximately at 160°C) 10 in a packaging container 7 having an upper opening 8, (b) nipping a mesh 4 having 30-40 mesh network at an opening part 3 of an upper and lower base plates 1, 2 made from a hard resin to make it a covering plate 5, covering the cover plate 5 on the packaging container 7 directly after putting the baked confectionery in it and making the opening part 3 in agreement with the opening 8 of the packaging container 7, (c) radiating the heat of the baked confectionery 10 since the air in the packaging container 7 circulates through the opening part 3, blocking the passage of the foreign material such as the insect into the inside of the packaging container 7 with the mesh 4, cooling (to approximately 40-50°C) by leaving it as standing for a prescribed time (for approximately 10-15 min), then removing the covering plate 5 and closing the packaging container 7 hermetically with a lid 9.
