To provide a covering resin composition having a low smell and excellent in surface-drying property and overlay adaptability through all seasons (5-35°C) from spring through winter.

This covering resin composition consisting of (A) a reactive polymer having at least ≥2 (meth)acryloyl groups at its molecular terminals, (B) a polymer containing an unsaturated group capable of cross-linking by a radical polymerization and also having an air-dryable property, (C) a monomer having phenyl group and having (meth)acrylate group having ≥180 number-average molecular weight, (D) petroleum wax and (E) a polyoxyethylene alkylphenyl ether is provided with that the (D) petroleum wax has 115-155°F melting point measured based on JIS K 2235, and also the petroleum wax having the above melting point is a mixture of ≥2 kinds having ≥10°F difference in the melting points.
