To obtain a covering sheet that has excellent weather ability and dust proofness for a long term, and high flexibility or the like and is useful in civil engineering and construction by constituting the film with an acrylic copolymer of a specific block copolymer and/or a specific comb-shaped copolymer.
This covering sheet is constituted with an acrylic copolymer that comprises (A) a block copolymer including, in the main chain of the polymer, the chemical structure of the formula:-[a1]-[b1]-[a2]-{[a1] and [a2] are each a polymer block having a glass transition point of ≥+60°C, mainly comprising alkyl methacrylate esters; [b1] is a polymer block comprising mainly alkyl (meth)acrylate ester, but having a chemical structure differing from [a1] and [a2]} and/or (B) a comb-shaped copolymer that is composed of (i) the branch components mainly comprising alkyl methacrylate esters with a glass transition point of ≥+60°C and (ii) the stem component mainly comprising alkyl (meth) acrylate ester.
