The lower end of a front window glass 101 is mounted to a body panel 8 by a weather strip 5, while a recess 9 is formed near a front window 1 of the body panel 8 in front of the proximity of the tip of the weather strip 5, and the tip 51 of the weather strip 5 is bent downward to make close contact with a vertical wall 91 at the rear end of the recess 9. A cowl louver 4 is mounted to the recess 9, while the cowl louver 4 is formed on the rear end 41 with a reinforcing rib 42 having the plate-like rear end bent downward, while the rear end 41 of the cowl louver 4 is extended obliquely upward to a position where it is lapped longitudinally on the lower end 51 of the weather strip 5.
