A front end part 56B of a spanned bracket 56 is connected, by means of a fastening member 60, with a spanned bracket mounting seat part 22E formed to a pivot mounting bracket 22 for passenger seat to which a pivot holder 16 is attached. A rear vertical wall part 56D of the spanned bracket 56 is connected with an upper wall part 52C of a rear cowl 52 through a cowl top inner stay 64 and a cowl mounting bracket 62. A pivot lever 42 is moved below the spanned bracket 56 through a front part 56A of the spanned bracket 56 and a cutout part 80 formed to an inclined wall part 56C.
