Abstract:
To provide a combined therapy for treating various disorders including hepatic disorder and cancer in a mammal.SOLUTION: A composition for treating a hepatic disorder and for delivering a therapeutic agent through a mucous membrane of a subject includes: (a) solubilized liquid or cell wall extract derived from one or more kinds of gram-positive bacterium or isolated from the bacterium, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and (b) immunostimulatory oligodeoxynucleotide (ODN) present in the nature, in which the cell wall solubilized liquid and the ODN are present at an amount effective in order to treat an immune disorder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
