Abstract:
To provide a CPAP apparatus that establishes compatibility between convenience of handling and a reduction in a burden on a patient at a high level.
A CPAP apparatus includes a blower unit 10 that has a built-in fan comprising a fluid dynamic bearing, and a hose 20 for connecting the blower unit and a mask 200 together. The blower unit 10 is supported in a position away from a patient 300 in a lying posture by a member except the hose 20. The hose 20 changes a position or an attitude by making the blower unit 10 receive a force via the hose 20, depending on attitude change when the patient 300 lies.
