Abstract:
To provide a CPU-cooling device which can cope is more compact in the configuration of an electronic apparatus and can obtain high heat dissipating performance.
This CPU cooling device is equipped with a radiator 5 and a fan 6; the radiator 5 is provided with a substrate 51 and a plurality of fins 52 disposed on the substrate 51, and arranged above a CPU 4 fixed on a CPU fixing part 31 of a socket 3; and the fan 6 is arranged on a ridge type protruding part 32 disposed on the rear of the CPU fixing part 31 in the socket 3, in such a manner that a discharge opening 6A faces forward direction.
