Title:
Cr−Ni基合金材料、半製品、燃焼機関用構成部品と、Cr−Ni基合金材料および半製品の製造方法
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP5711443
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
The material has a chemical composition expressed by: (Cr xNi yA z)N k, where x+y+z = 100%. The component A z comprises one or more of La, Ce, Y, Hf, Sc, Si, C, S P, Al, Zr, B, Mo, Fe, Mn, O and the rare earths. The chromium content is 50wt%-100wt%, nickel is present, and the component A z comprises 0wt%-50wt%. The novel feature is the presence of nitrogen (N k) at 0.01 wt% - 0.1 wt%. Preferred concentrations are: nitrogen 0.02 wt%, chromium 54 wt%-58 wt%, nickel at least 20 wt% and oxygen 0.1 wt%. Further limitations concerning minor constituent content are detailed. The material is a gas-atomized metal powder. Its grain size is 10 mu m - 200 mu m, preferably 45 mu m - 150 mu m. Components are produced from the powder, by hot isostatic pressing. These are e.g. a large diesel engine fuel atomizer, a nozzle head for a fuel injection nozzle used in a two- or four stroke engines, especially large two-stroke diesel engines, an injection anti-chamber for four stroke engines or other internal combustion engine components. The atomization gas is a noble gas, especially argon and/or helium. Hot isostatic pressing takes place in a process chamber at pressures and temperatures preferably exceeding 1000 bar and 1100[deg] C. The process for blank component production preferably lasts about 3 h. The process gas is high-purity argon. Independent claims are included for the following: (A) a component for an internal combustion engine; (B) and a method of making the material.
