To provide a processing device capable of removing a crab shell so that a crab leg does not get caught during processing.SOLUTION: A crab processing device 100 includes a transport device 50 for transporting a crab 400, and a shell removing machine 10 including a shell removal device 20 (21, 22) for removing a crab shell 406.
