PURPOSE: To ensure the action of an arm which is engaged with a cradle to release the cradle from a driving roller and keep the released stage, by constituting the driving apparatus of the arm with a fluid rotary cylinder, a brake and a specific fluid supply controlling circuit.
CONSTITUTION: A cradle 30 of a yarn winder is rotated to a specific position and maintained at the position by the action of a movable arm 7. The driving apparatus of the movable arm 7 is constituted of fluid rotary cylinders 2, 4 connected with the movable arm 7, a brake 9 and a fluid supply controlling circuit to operate the cylinders 2, 4. The fluid supply controlling circuit is constituted of a first fluid supply controlling circuit to revolve the movable arm 7 and maintain the cradle 30 at a prescribed position and a second fluid supply controlling circuit to revolve the movable arm 7 and revolve and hold the cradle 30 at the doffing position.
